Confession time.  I played a few songs at CYM's open mic last night.  It went, shall we say, okay.  I learn something new every time I play for an audience.  Last night I learned that really I should never take more than a few days off from playing guitar.  And really, I must start memorizing the lyrics.  You'd think that this wouldn't be so difficult, seeing as how I'm the one who wrote them.  Alas, it is for me.  So let's consider this a resolution of sorts to spend some time every day practicing my songs.  Even if I'm really busy.  Even if I am on vacation.  Even if I don't feel like it.  We'll see how it goes...
